At Hurghada Grand Aquarium, your adventure begins with 22 beautifully themed aquariums, each showcasing a variety of marine life from the Red Sea and beyond. Wander through our stunning 24-meter underwater tunnel and watch sharks and rays glide overhead for an immersive ocean experience. Cross the rope bridge for a bird’s-eye view of the facility before heading into our mini zoo, home to rescued land animals many of which were born right here at the facility. It’s an exciting, educational journey for all ages, blending marine exploration with wildlife encounters in a fun and interactive setting.

You can visit anytime between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with the last entry at 6:00 PM. The aquarium is open every day, including holidays, with no days off.

If you’re traveling with children, want a quick outing, or just want to see a variety of fish/sharks/turtles without expecting a “world class” aquarium — it can be a reasonable, inexpensive-ish hour or two trip.
If you care a lot about animal welfare, quality of exhibits, or expect a high-end aquarium experience, you might find it disappointing or below expectations.
It’s probably best to approach with modest expectations: treat it as a simple “aquarium + mini-zoo light” stop rather than a big marine-park attraction.
